#SWOLEDENTISTS does things a little differently. Founded by a black belt martial artist and doctor, we're working towards a more proactive approach to health in our clients.

With a focus on other healthcare providers, we're aiming to provide curriculum that is time efficient, flexible, and adjusted for the unique needs of these clients. However, this is not limited to just these clients, as we bring this same expertise to all...

1 hour session covering basic motion techniques for weightlifting, focusing on techniques to build strength in wrists, back and other areas susceptible to repetitive stress issues.

Yoga (Pasadena)

Gregory Marchese

7-8pm

Basic intro to yoga practice, covering posture, movement, and breathing. Intended for flexibility and stress relief, as well as body mindfullness.

Tuesday
